We all know that children imitate cartoon characters. This is because these characters portray unique characteristics, physical appearances, and styles that children find amusing. Be it the way they talk, how they walk, and most especially, the things they do and how they handle situations. However, sometimes it is not an assurance that the television will always be free from violence and the likes. So as parents, it is just a requirement to be aware of what our kids’ favorite cartoon characters do, talk, and how they handle situations. This is mainly because these cartoon characters may just be mere Cartoons, you may find it irrelevant to check out on those programs or the actions of your children, but children watch them almost every day and it is expected for them to copy and imitate some of the characters actions and words.

In the cartoon show Blue’s Clues, the older guy helps the dog, Blue’s Clues find out answers to questions and hidden things. Little kids be it boys or girls find it astonishing and satisfying if they themselves answer and analyse the clues the show gives. You can check on your children’s actions so that they will not turn violent when trying to portray the powerful and brave actions of Spiderman.

This cute little bird has surely has a lot fans. Not only do little kids love Tweety but also teenagers who adore his charming look and smart ideas. Saving the day is just something children look up to. Children imitate the Powerpuff Girls because of their cute dresses and their strength and courage to fight monsters and other bad things in the cartoon show. They are even up to beating the bad guys.

Tom and Jerry, as we can all remember, started in the early 1940’s. Yes these characters may even be older than you are, but their uniqueness and amusement pull the attention of viewers in all ages. Just like kids, these characters love to run around and chase each other. Kids on their end, sometimes mimic how they talk and how they do pranks with each other. You should always check out on your kids’ behaviour if they constantly watch Tom and Jerry.
Cartoon Character # 3: Bugs Bunny
Admit it or not, Bugs Bunny has also been in television for several decades now. It is like Cartoon channels are not complete if they do not have shows with Bugs Bunny. Kids and even adults find Bugs Bunny a bit brash, playful, unflappable and smart. If you have noticed, kids on 4 years to 5 year olds mimic how Bugs Bunny talks.
